A day when people across our community and beyond take a moment to indulge in a sweet treat that brings them joy, connection, and a sense of belonging. We aim to be the go-to brand for cookies that taste as good as they make you feel.
Our Story
That’s when I had an idea. I decided that when I had kids of my own, I would make them cookies every Friday after school.
That tradition came to life when my kids started school. Every week I would bake them a new cookie flavor. Friends and neighbors got a taste and soon encouraged me to start selling my cookies. The first boxes of Cookie Friday were sold right from my house. In 2020, we had enough demand to begin selling from a commissary kitchen. Friday date night for my husband, Tyler and I, became Cookie Friday. We announced new flavors on Instagram every week for a growing following who dubbed themselves the Cookie Friday Mafia.
In 2023, the cookie love had grown big enough for a flagship location. Cookie Friday opened in Las Vegas where cookie lovers can have their Cookie Friday fix every day, with new flavors launching on Fridays. Thanks for going on the journey with us!
